Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order details
• Tracking information is provided once your order ships
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Information

• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses
• If you are not available to receive your package, the courier will leave a notice for redelivery or pickup

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• For damaged items, please take photos of the packaging and product
• We will investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund
• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
